Originally from the West of Ireland, Kelly’s path has taken her from biomedical engineering and software development to music, entrepreneurship, and ultimately, home health care. What ties it all together is her deep sense of purpose: a desire to be useful, to connect, and to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

Having worked directly in clients’ homes, Kelly understands caregiving from the inside out. Today, in her role as Scheduling Coordinator, she approaches each day with empathy, precision, and a commitment to ensuring both clients and caregivers are set up for success.

For Kelly, it’s never just about schedules—it’s about people. It’s about creating stability, reducing stress, and helping each day unfold with care, dignity, and compassion.
